Jammu & Kashmir, [Date] – The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) has announced that a total of 3.55 lakh students will appear for the Class 10th and 12th Annual Board examinations this year, set to take place across both soft and hard zone areas in the region. In preparation for the exams, the JK BOSE has established approximately 3,676 examination centers to ensure smooth and efficient conduct of the exams.

The exams are a significant milestone for students in the region, and the authorities have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the process is carried out with efficiency and fairness. To further assist students, the counselling team of Rajouri, led by Sajad Bhat, has been actively engaging with students, offering guidance and support throughout this crucial time.

Sajad Bhat, a renowned counselor, extended his best wishes to all students and advised them to focus on maintaining their mental well-being during this challenging period. “It’s important for students to follow the rules and practices for mental health management, especially given the pressures associated with exams. Initiatives such as ‘Priksha Pe Charcha’ can also be an excellent way to address stress and find ways to manage it effectively,” said Bhat.

He emphasized that students should take time for relaxation, stay positive, and remain focused on their preparation without overwhelming themselves with stress. The counseling team in Rajouri will continue to offer support and encourage students to balance their academic responsibilities with their mental health needs.
