Moreover, the lack of proper animal care facilities and responsible management of the stray dog population has exacerbated the issue. In addition to public safety concerns, reports of inhumane practices towards these animals have also surfaced, highlighting the need for more compassionate measures to prevent cruelty.Compassion AWO, a dedicated animal welfare organization, has been actively advocating for a structured and humane approach to animal control.
