jammu (Aroof khan) Government Teacher Suspended for Teaching at Private Coaching Centre in Anantnag: Department of Education ordered the suspension of a government teacher for teaching at a private coaching centre in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
“In terms of Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1956, pending enquiry into the conduct Mr. Bilal Ahmad Lone teacher Middle School Garoora presently deployed at Model Boys Higher Secondary Anantnag is placed under suspension with immediate effect in violation of Rule 10 of the J&K Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1971, Chapter (IV) Section 28 of RTE Act, 2009, circular number 49-JK(Edu) of 2022, dated 17.11.2022”, reads an order, .
The condition of the education department is much worse than the Anantnag , here the several cases were reported to the Education department where the teachers are violating the said rules and are indulged in tuition, but no action has been taken against them even in one case of Gulbatan sharma a teacher who is working in the a squre center ward no 08 and against whom the videos has been given as proof to the department no action was taken and the file was closed ith one remark that he is serving in doda as lecturer, here in this case too the justice succumbed under the prerssure of corruption by the enquiry incharges.
Howwever in case of Bilal Ahmad Lone teacher Middle School Garoora presently deployed at Model Boys Higher Secondary Anantnag he “During the period of suspension, will remain attached with the principal District Institute of Education and Training Anantnag”, reads the order further.
